Description:
The object of the purchase is testing/diagnostic services for the AOV (Air Operated Valve) and MOV (Motor Operated Valve) actuators from CNE Cernavodă Unit 1 and 2, as well as specialized technical assistance services, at the request of the Purchaser, within a contractual period of 48 luni.
The deadline in which the contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarifications / additional information: the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, as long as the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the stipulated deadlinet. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
Requests for clarifications that will be sent to SEAP in connection with the award documentation will be formulated mandatory in the ro languagehand. All clarification requests that were sent to SEAP only in English will be formulated in Romanian and retransmitted to SEAP. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests formulated/reformed in the Romanian language. The contracting entity will only respond toof clarification requests addressed by economic operators until the established deadline.
