- The purchase of the contract for the design and execution of works, for the investment objective "Source of production of useful thermal and electrical energy through high-efficiency cogeneration in the municipality of ConstanΕ£a"
The object of this purchase involves the design, procurement and execution of works forthe investment objective "Useful thermal and electrical energy production source through high-efficiency cogeneration in the municipality of ConstanΕ£a", detailed in the general and particular technical specifications sections of the specifications.
The new source will have a nominal thermal capacity dis at least 160 MWt, consisting of the following and auxiliary installations:
1. High-efficiency cogeneration plant consisting of 5 (five) internal combustion thermal engine units, operating on natural gas, of equal capacities of at least 10.4 MWe and at least 9 MWt, together with the installations havenecessary, in a flexible configuration that allows the use of green hydrogen mixed with natural gas;
2. Auxiliary installation for the production of thermal energy, consisting of 4 (four) hot water boilers operating on natural gas, of equal capacities, of at least 25 MWt, respectivelyof 2 (two) steam boilers operating on natural gas, of minimum 12 t/h, in a flexible configuration that allows the use of green hydrogen mixed with natural gas;
3. Thermal degassing station and additional water pumping in the heating network;
4. Heat accumulator;
