- The acquisition of expert services for the optimization of the package of technical regulations related to the regulatory field of structures for construction (in lots), according to the requirements of the specifications, respectively:
-LOT 1- Revision of the Seismic Design Code - Part I - Project Provisionsctation for buildings, code P 100-1/2013 and revision Design code for structures in reinforced concrete frames, code NP 007-1997;
LOT 2 - Elaboration of the technical regulation - Informative guide on establishing the composition of concrete according to performance levels of concrete .Termthe deadline by which clarifications to the award documentation can be requested: 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with Art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authorityto respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information in connection with the award documentation, on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
