The acquisition of expert services to optimize the ability to issue opinions fromthe field of territorial planning and urban planning and the transparency of the approval process by the MDLPA within the project "Systematization of legislation in the field of territorial planning, urban planning and construction and strengthening the administrative capacity of specialized structuresfrom the central public institutions with responsibilities in the field", SIPOCA Code 50
The deadline by which clarifications to the award documentation can be requested: 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with Art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding apublic procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to the requests for clarification/additional information in connection with the award documentation, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
