Acquisition of organization and support services logistic for the development of professional training courses within the Professional training project in order to obtain and continuously develop the skills necessary for the management of European funds in the period 2021-2027, SMIS Code 341177 (rent course rooms, accommodation for participants, insurance for meals and coffee breaks, transport for participants, The framework agreement/Contract will ensure the purchase of organizational and logistical support services for the training of approximately 1,965 employees of MIPE, consisting of course room rental, participant accommodation, insurance for meals and coffee breaks, participant transport, promotional materials. The framework agreement will have a duration of 20 calendar months, and the implementation period will not be able to exceed the date of 30.11.2027. The Contracting Authority chose as the method of awarding the conclusion of a framework agreement with at most three economic operators, respectively with the economic operators whose admissible offers were ranked in the first three places. The way of awarding of subsequent contracts: without resuming the competition, the subsequent contract will be awarded to the Promisor-provider ranked first, depending on the needs and budget funds that can be made available for this purpose.
