- The acquisition of services for the implementation of the IT system and the development of the personalized application within the project "Consolidation of cooperation between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the associative structures of the local public administration" code SIPOCA 750/My SMIS 130587
The contracting authority has started this public procurement in order to purchase services for the implementation of the IT system and the development of personalized assistance within the project "Consolidation of cooperation between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration andthe associative structures of the local public administration "code SIPOCA 750/My SMIS 130587
The awarding procedure will be completed by concluding a contract for the provision of services, with a duration of 38 months from the date of signature by both parties as follows:
-implementation period of the project - it willcomplete no later than 02.12.2023 with the possibility of extension until 15.12.2023 in case the implementation period of the project code SIPOCA 750/My SMIS 130587 will be extended
-warranty and corrective maintenance period -36 months
The deadline until which they can applyclarifications to the award documentation: 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
