Docuthe cadastral mentations necessary for the registration in the Land Register of the right of ownership of real estate belonging to the public or private domain of UAT Cluj-Napoca, the elaboration of specialized works - topographical documentation for the reception of the support of the PUZ, PUD, AC/AD, CU ---- --caccording to the descriptions in the specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers - 20 days. The consolidated response will be published on SEAP by the contracting authority at least 10 days before the deadline for submitting the offerh.
The total estimated value is 2,290,000 lei without VAT for 2 lots, broken down as follows: Lot 1 = 588,000 lei without VAT; Lot 2 = 1702000 lei without VAT. The estimated value of the large subsequent contract/lot is LOT 1 - 48,000 lei without VAT, LOT 2 - 281,000 lei without VAT. The minimum quantities are mframework agreement principles and subsequent contract related to each lot can be found in the annexes.
