- The contracting of social services for 5 batches of 12 children/young people with special protection measures, housed in residential centers - family-type houses (Batch 1-group 1; Batch 2-group 3; Batch 3-group 4; Batch 4- group 5; Lot 5-group 6).
In order to achieve the general objective of the Development Strategyimprovement of social services in Arad county 2021-2030, respectively - the provision of quality social services - regardless of the beneficiaries, with concrete reference in our case to children/young people for whom the special protection measure of placement in a residential center has been established - house offamily type, the Arad County Council through the Social Services Contracting Department within the Corporate Governance, State Aid and Transport Service, based on its powers according to the provisions of art. 112 para. (3) lit. p and art. 113 para. (1) from Law no. 292/2011 satof social welfare, with subsequent amendments and additions, at the motivated proposal of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Arad, identified the need to purchase new batches of social service contracts intended for children/young people.
The objective need tracescan be satisfied through the acquisition of social services under the conditions of the law for children/young people in difficulty who need the establishment of a protective measure according to Law 272/2004, on the protection and promotion of children's rights, with subsequent amendments.
