Object of the contract it is represented by Prodesign and execution of the Brașov Targu Mureș Cluj Oradea Motorway, Section 3B: Mihăiesti Suplacu de Barcău, Subsection 3B3: Porta Salajului Zalau, including the road tunnel on the highway profile in the Meseș area and Subsection 3B4: Zalău Nușfalău in length of about 41 km, of whichapproximately 2.8 km of tunnel, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the procurement procedurezitie publica has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
