The object of the contract is represented by Proiecting and executing the works for the "Connection of the project "Ghencea Extension Penetration - Domnesti and Ghencea Boulevard Widening between Brasov Street and Tram Terminal 41" with the project "Overground Passage on Dj 602, Bucharest Belt - Domnesti", located on the administrative territory of Muof the municipality of Bucharest (sector 6), Bragadiru Commune and Clinceni Commune, Ilfov County, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any operatoreconomically interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para.
