Execution of the construction works of an urban - county, inter-county public transport terminal related to the investment: "Reduction of carbon emissions in the Municipality of Sfantu Gheorghe through investments based on the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan
The object of the contract resulting from this procedureis the execution of all the works identified in the technical-economic documentation made available and includes:
i. the purchase of all the necessary materials and products, all the machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling equipment, if applicable) necessarysalt for the execution of the works;
ii. any activity or provisional work necessary for the preparation of the site, or any authorization required by the Contractor from the competent authorities for the execution of the works and the performance of temporary activities and works;
iii. transport to the siter of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, of any normal or extraordinary means necessary for the execution of the works;
iv. any testing and relevant tests, as these tests and tests are required by legislation and regulations in the field of the insurance systemhas quality in constructions;
v.any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and carrying out the tests;
vi.the normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works until they are handed over to the Contracting Authority;
