- Contract for delegating the management of the local public transport service through regular runs within the radius of Dorohoi Municipality, Botoșani County for a number of 4 (four) routes - by direct assignment. In the case of the local public passenger transport service, the direct award of delegation contractsmanagement will be done under the conditions provided by Law no. 51/2006 of community services of public utilities, Regulation (EC) no. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council on public rail and road passenger transport services and repealing the Regulations(EEC) no. 1191/69 and no. 1.107/70 of the Council in conjunction with the provisions of related laws. The compensations are paid in RON/km, specifying that the rights will be granted exclusively with the obligation of the sustainability of the service.
