Description:
The contracting authority wishes to purchase the necessary protective equipment for carrying out the specific activity, broken down into 2 lots, as follows:
LOT 1 FFP2 masks
LOT 2 FFP3 masks
The products that are the subject of the purchase can be found in the specifications and data sheets technical elaboratedit is for all the equipment in each individual lot, attached to the specifications and the award documentation.
For each individual batch, the duration of the contract is 180 days and includes:
The maximum delivery time assumed by the contractor for the equipment that is the object of the respective batch,which includes:
-Term from the signing of the contract to the order for the delivery of the products-maximum 15 days
-Duration of effective delivery, which starts from the date of issuing the order by the contract manager from the contracting authority-maximum 30 days
- Quantitative receipt of products andpreparation of the quantitative report - maximum 10 days
- Qualitative reception of the products. Upon completion of this stage, a qualitative protocol will be drawn up as well as a protocol regarding the implementation of the training with the personnel who will service the equipment - maximum 30 days
-Effective periodtime of payments
When establishing the proposed delivery period for each piece of equipment, bidders will take into account that it includes all the stages listed.
The period related to invoicing and making payments. The payment of the issued invoices will be made within 60 days from their issuance.
