The contracting authority wishes to purchase equipment and applications for urban management in order to develop highly specialized services and support structures for public administration and enterprises"
The estimated value of the products and services to be provided esof 2,461,350 lei without VAT according to the financing contract.
The estimated value of the first lot is 1,565,418.60 lei without VAT, and the estimated value of the second lot is 895,931.40 lei without VAT.
The goods and services to be purchased, and their division into lots, are pricesntate in the specifications.
The description of each product/service to be purchased is contained in the specification and in the technical sheets attached to it.
Detailed information on the quantities of services are contained in the specifications.
The number of days until which can berequest clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers: 20 days.
The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications sent in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
For requests for clarifications received after the deadline indicated above, autothe contracting authority reserves the right not to formulate an answer.
