- The object of the contract is the purchase of IT equipment and consumables for IT equipment for the structures involved in the management of the Romania-Serbia INTERREG IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program as follows: IT equipment (Lot 1), toners and consumables for equipment IT (Lot 2).

The deadline by which clarifications to the award documentation, including the contract model, can be requested: 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with previvy art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information in connection with the award documentation 11 days before the deadlinelimit established for the submission of offers in the call for participation.
