The purchase of PE HD pipes, fittings and connecting elements for pipes according to the specifications
The estimated value of the framework agreement is 3,331,123.46 lei without VAT
The minimum - maximum value of the framework agreement: 2,098,875.07 lei without VAT - 3,331,123.46 lei without VAT
Minimum - maximum value of coof subsequent contracts 745,246.90 lei without VAT- 1,414,330.13 lei without VAT
The price will be expressed in lei, without VAT and will include all related expenses (transportation expenses, loading/unloading, etc.).
The minimum and maximum quantities established by the contracting entity are those specified in cathe specifications and represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being able to be smaller, equal, or larger compared to the estimated ones, depending on the actual needs of the entitiescontracting fathers.
In the event that during the course of the subsequent contract it is necessary to increase / decrease some quantities for the requested products, the change will be made by the direct application of the contract clauses under art. 236 of Law 99/2016, until the competition wavethe total times of the subsequent contract respecting the unit prices.
