Purchase of research and development equipment necessary for laboratory de biological analyses, in order to implement the project "RESEARCH CENTER IN SUSTAINABLE BIO-ECO-ECONOMY" POC-448/1/1/2021 code SMIS 128019, is divided into 5 lots, as follows:
Lot. 1: Spectrometer of table with ionization by laser desorption assisted by a matrix with time analyzerof flight (MALDI-TOF-MS);
Lot 2: Automatic peptide synthesizer, scale up to 2 mmol;
Lot 3: Microplate reader with multiple detection (absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence), with heating and stirring;
Lot 4: Flow cytometer;
Lot 5: Hoods for biology, qRT-PCR and other necessary devicesanalysis in the field of biology.
