Description: The project will be realized in the northern area of Bucharest and Ilfov County:
- LES 110 kV Fundeni - Voluntari 1, cca. L = 5 Km,
- LES 110 kV Fundeni - Voluntari 2, cca. L = 5 Km,
- LES 110 kV Volunteers - Smoked, approx. L = 5.5 Km,
- LES 110 kV Volunteers - CET Brazi (pole 371), approx. L = 5.5 Km.
The determining factor for the justification of the investment consists in the increase of the security of the electricity supply of the consumers, as a result of the forecast load increases up to 50% in the year 2025.
The 110 kV underground power lines will be made with XLPE insulated cable, protected in HDPE pipe embedded in concrete. The transport capacity is about 200 MVA per circuit.
In the Afumati station, it will be connected to the existing 110 kV line cell, including the modification works for connection to the cell.
