Justification for the purchase of OEM consumables: In order to carry out in optimal conditions the activity of printing documents and photocopying, it is necessary to purchase consumables for office equipment (printers, photocopiers , faxri).Before the start of the public procurement process, the organizational structures in the company were requested to establish the needs regarding the purchase of these consumables for the following year, and after receiving them, centralization should be ensured followed by the preparation of the specificationshnics of the specifications. In the case of public procurement, the request launched by the contracting authority meets the offer of economic operators which is subject to certain criteria and conditions established by the contracting authority. In this sense, it is necessary for the public authorities to ensure manicelebration of a real competition, so that any economic operator can participate in the public procurement procedure and can later become a contractor.
