BΔileΘti City Hall requests topographic survey servicesc, feasibility study, other studies, documents, approvals and agreements.
The designer will prepare the technical-economic documentation for the Feasibility Study phase for the "Green Zone Av. Petre Ivanovici - Air and noise monitoring system" with cumulative compliance with the followingminimum rents:
-the provisions of the notices/agreements requested in the Urban Planning Certificate;
-the inclusion of costs in the reference unit prices for eligible activities provided by the applicable cost standard;
-regulations and technical references codes, norms, guides, regulations, stechnical specifications, standards, technical approvals in force, applicable, etc.
The estimated value of the purchase is 96,000 lei without VAT.
The purchase of these services will be done through the Open Bidding procedure, according to art. 73 of Law no. 98/2016 updated, the value falling within the limit ofof the provisions stipulated in art. 7, paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016 as amended according to Notification 263/2017 letter a) in compliance with art. 17, para. (1) and (4) of HG no. 395/2016 updated.
