- The purchase of these products is necessary to ensure that the systems for moving the mining equipment are maintained in proper technical condition in order to carry out the production activity provided for in the general exploitation program. They will be used in the level worksl L.N.-3.1 (current repair-RC1), level L.N.-3.2.(current repair-RC2) or in the case of accidental interventions carried out by the police.
Number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications: 18 days before deadline for submitting offers.
Number of days untilthat the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification and/or additional information received from the interested economic operators: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
We note that the contracting entity will respond a singleto give all the clarifications/information requested by all interested economic operators, within the term specified above.
