Description:
The forestry directorate of Iasi intends to purchase service uniforms for all forestry and non-forestry personnel in its organizational structure (including forestry units subordinate to it).
-The service uniform must be provided to the staff, according to the provisions of the Contractlabor collective 2021-2023 and the regulations in force regarding the protection of the forest fund (forestry code, O.M. no. 797/2018). The technical specifications for the service uniform, for forestry personnel, approved by the management of the National Forestry Authority - Romsilva through Dec.issue no. 528 of 18.10.2019.
The procedure includes 3 lots:

The minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract are provided in the Specifications.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. Number of days untilthat clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 15 days.
