The activities of online application submission, scheduling of applicants at the counter chave submitted online applications as well as the retrieval of documents associated with an online application must be modified/updated according to the operational requirements and the needs identified at the IGI level, taking into account the current context and the permanent increasing trends of the migratory flow. simultaneouslythis is where the need to change the online scheduling module within the IGI portal was identified, in the sense of scheduling by the applicant without the intervention of IGI workers.
