Description:
It is desired to purchase the services regarding "The recovery of inert construction waste" in order to comply with the legislation, HG 856/2002, Directive 98/2008/EC and Law 17/2023 for the approval of GEO 92/2021 regarding the waste regime.
No. of days until they can be cleared before the deadlineof offers/candidates, IT WILL BE OF: 20 days. AC will respond to ground. for clarification/additional info. on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of bids/candidates. The CA is obliged to cancel the procedure for assigning the public purchase contract/agreement - framework in the following cases: a) if it was noto of/requested to participate or if it was not according to any admissible office; b) if they were according to admissible office which cannot be compared due to the non-uniform way of approaching the teh and/or fine; c) if I violate the prev law affect the attribution procedure or if it is impossible to conclude the contract; d) CNSC or the court of law available modif/elim of some specifics/requirements from the CS or from other docs issued in the law with the attribution procedure, i.e. the purpose of the acquisition can no longer be properly achieved, and the CA is unable to adopt a remedy, without affect principal purchase pub;e) if the contract cannot be concluded with an offer whose of was stableI win due to the fact that the offer in question is located in a site of force majeure or in impossibility fortuitous to execute counter and there is no office ranked 2nd admissible. f) AC reserves the right to request the unilateral denunciation of the counter within 30 days at most from the occurrence of circumstances that could not...
