Description:
Purchase of valves, cardiac prostheses and stent grafts, 4 lots, according to the Specifications, completed by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 36 months for each lot.

Following the conclusion of the framework agreement , the contracting authority estimates that it will conclude subsequent contracts pe 3 months or for any period covered by financial availability, depending on the needs and the available funds.
The minimum and maximum estimated level of the quantities to be purchased through the framework agreement and through the subsequent contracts is provided in the Specifications - Annex regarding the lotthe subsequent contracts will be awarded by resuming the competition. The resumption of the competition will be done one month before the expiration of the subsequent contracts, with all the signatories of the framework agreement, by sending them an invitation to participate in the rebidding.competition: improving the previously submitted financial offers (in the sense of lowering the unit price), without changing the technical characteristics of the initially offered products. If the bidder does not modify the initial financial offer (does not improve the initial financial offer in the sense ofdrop in the unit price), when establishing the final ranking, the previously submitted offer will be taken into account.
