- The object of the contract consists in the purchase of 2 pcs. vans 6-7 seats and tipper, with EURO 6 pollution standard, according to the requirements of specification no. 184608/26.05.2023. By purchasing vans with 6-7 seats and a tipper, with EURO 6 pollution standards, you willenhances the activity carried out by R.A.A.D.P.F.L. Craiova, because they can concurrently ensure both the transport of volumetric or tiltable materials, as well as the transport of personnel to/from work points, increasing work productivity and eliminating the time resulting from sepa transportrate of the materials, respectively of the labor force.
The modification of the contract, during its validity period, is done under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions.
Amendment of the contract during its validity period, otherexcept in the cases and conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, it is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
