A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months. The framework agreement was chosen because it allows the contracting authority to award subsequent contracts on a monthly basis, depending on the concrete needs and the funds allocated for this purpose. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities of the subsequent contracts are found both in the specifications and in the contracting strategy. Subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the needs of the contracting authority, the minimum and maximum quantities being estimated.
The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of bids.
