Description:
Through the report of necessity no. 3401/05.04.2023, according to the specifications of the specification no. 3845/19.04.2023 attached to the documentation, the purchase of a video monitoring system with IT equipment (video cameras, servers, video stations, licenses/video cameras, etc.) ) required for aceensuring an effective monitoring of the areas in Pitesti Municipality that are not covered by the current monitoring systems. The purpose of purchasing the video monitoring system is to monitor road traffic, household waste collection areas, public order, vacuum monitoringeo of playgrounds for children, protecting the population against antisocial acts with the help of the authorities, to prevent quickly in emergency cases. It will be placed only in public places respecting the legislation in force regarding the processing of data with charactersr personally.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates will be: 18 days.
The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the date the limit established for the submission of offers."
