Description:
1. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for cladditional notifications/informatics on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. 2. By assigning design services and the execution of works, the contracting authority pursues the conclusion of a design and execution contract, in order to ensure energy efficiencywhat, by installing a system of heat pumps, in the conditions that at this time, the locality is not connected to gas, and the heating plant works on electricity.
