Description:
The contracting authority seeks to ensure supervision to the highest standards with specialized technical personnel, qualified for the 3 batches of works, according to the specifications.
Duration of the contract for Supervision Services for "Expansion and rehabilitation of the infrastructure ofwater and waste water in the areas of Ghidigeni, Olteniței, Cheile Turzii in the Municipality of Bucharest" is 97 months, starting with the date of issuance of the Order to start the activities and extends for the entire duration of the execution of the works related to the respective objective, according to the works contracts concludedby the Municipality of Bucharest as follows:
- the period allocated to the design and obtaining all the necessary approvals/agreements/authorizations to authorize the execution of the works is 6 months;
- for CL-01 "EXTENSION OF DRINKING WATER AND SEWERAGE NETWORKS AND AQUEDUCT REHABILITATION IN THE SOUTH ZONE - WEST OF MBUCHAREST UNIVERSITY (GHIDIGENI STREET) - 31 months for the execution period of the works and 60 months - the duration of the guarantee period from the signing of the receipt PV to the completion of the works until the final reception, any additional duration that may appear by adding a contractual term pentru CL-02/1;
- for CL-02 "CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW INTERCEPTOR CANAL ON THE OLTENITEI ROAD, BETWEEN THE A1-A3 COLLECTORS, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCHAREST" - 31 months for the period of execution of the works and 60 months - the duration of the period of guarantee from the signing of the PV of reception to the completion of the works until r...
