Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of the work supervision Services by the Supervisor, as mentioned. in the contractual agreement model approved by H.G. 1/2018, with modification and complete later, for the investment objective: "Construction of ward at Hospital no. 2 Vaslui", during the executionof the works and during the guarantee period of the works, until the signing of the minutes of the final reception of the works.
The works to be supervised consist of: demolition, the construction of a retaining wall, the construction of 2 new building bodies, the generator set building , central buildingthermal, oxygen station building, waste building, water management, rain water retention basin, pre-purification space, external networks, vertical systematization, gate cabin, green spaces, fencing, connections, site organization.
The provider will have the role and duties of Leaderui de Shantier, according to the legislation in the field (Order no. 1496/2011, Law no. 10/1995) and the Supervisor according to prev. GD no. 1/2018, with modification and compl. later.
The contract for the supervision of works through the Supervisor includes the work of a key expert (coordinator of the supe teaminspection) and a number of non-key experts such as: quality assurance engineer, quantity engineer, site managers, occupational health and safety coordinator, other personnel considered necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
