- The object of the competition: Consists in the purchase of urban planning services in digital GIS format, which will regulate the following aspects:
• Establishing, delimiting and characterizing areas by types of functions;
• Drawing up the Zonal Urban Plan and the local Urban Planning Regulation in digital formattal GIS, for the area established according to the plan annexed to the design theme, in order to align the provisions and regulations with the vision of economic and social development of the local community it represents, in a sustainable and regulated framework;
• Preparation of the Plan of measures lookingconservation and rehabilitation of built-up areas;
After the solution contest and the winner's designation, the negotiation procedure will be carried out without the prior publication of a notice of participation according to art. 104 para. (7) from Law no. 98/2016, with the latest amendments and additionsrioare, in order to conclude the service contract.
